"We are taking serious precautionary measures and will continue to follow the safety instructions on the label," said the company.
The online pharmacy is based in Canada but sells a generic version of the drug called sildenafil citrate, which is also sold under the name Viagra.
It's not clear if the drug could cause sexual side effects, though experts say they are rare.
